• Write one weekly blog post 120 min Write the draft in a Google Doc and send it to Agus and Afri for review. Once a week
• Anceu Inn (photo management) 10 min Add/remove photos when colivers arrive/leave. Twice a week (on average)
• Community building activities (rotation) 90 min One weekday activity and one weekend activity. Uxía, Petra and Karen rotate facilitation.
• Weekly team meeting 60 min Meeting with Agus and Afri to plan the week. Monday at 17:00
